In addition, auxiliary materials such as powder coating, wear-resistant tubing, foam and fire-resistant tape are added to provide insulation, fire resistance, wear resistance and durability.

Thermal conductivity performance
Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity, copper bars can effectively transfer heat generated in electrical equipment to the external environment, preventing overheating and damage.
Electrical conductivity
As a current collector strip, the aluminum busbar is tightly connected to the electrode (such as the positive or negative pole), effectively collecting the current generated by the battery and transmitting it to the external circuit. Aluminum busbars offer good electrical conductivity and high current-carrying capacity.
Corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance of copper bars ensures they are not prone to rust or corrosion during long-term use.
