Scalable production capability
In response to market demand, the company independently developed an automated production line for stainless steel cable ties for new energy battery packs in 2023. Following two years of continuous optimization and improvement by our R&D technical team, the line has achieved large‑scale continuous production, with a current annual capacity of 5 million pieces. To better meet market demand for steel cable tie assemblies in power battery packs for new energy vehicles, energy storage power stations and other applications, the company plans to make additional investments to expand annual production capacity to 10 million pieces. Equipped with molds of various sizes, the automated production line can accommodate the production requirements of steel cable ties for diverse battery pack modules. This effectively enables **rapid production switching for multi‑specification steel cable tie products, improving mass production efficiency and reducing production costs.
