Side plates are locked and fixed to end plates, battery pack housings and other components using bolts and nuts. The assembly and disassembly process is simple, facilitating later maintenance and cell replacement. It has lower requirements for production equipment and is suitable for small-batch customized production of battery modules.

Also known as the **intermediate connecting side plate**, it is mainly used in modules with multiple series-parallel cells, installed in the middle of the cell groups to separate cells, assist in fixing and provide local support.
