CCS
CCS assembly, also known as **Battery Connection System assembly**, provides effective electrical connection for individual cells within the battery module.

Its main functions include realizing series and parallel connection between cells through busbars, providing the module’s positive/negative output interface and low‑voltage interface, as well as supplying **cell voltage sampling** and **temperature sampling data** to the battery management system.

According to the sampling connection system and manufacturing process, CCS assemblies can be classified into:Wiring harness CCS、Bonding CCS、FPC & nickel tab CCS、Press‑fit connection CCS、Hot‑press CCS,Among them, hot‑press CCS integrates FPC, aluminum busbars, injection molded parts and other components via PET hot‑press film.
