To further enhance the comprehensive capabilities of workshop management personnel, consolidate the company's production support system, strengthen talent development within the team, and improve team cohesion, the "Qingteng Class Opening Ceremony" and its first special lecture "The Art of Communication" were held on October 30, 2025. A total of 25 trainees, including managers, team leaders from various workshops, and campus recruits, gathered together to embark on a new learning journey of professional comprehensive ability improvement.
At the opening ceremony, the significance of this training program and its training plan were elaborated in detail. The naming of the "Qingteng Class" carries profound meaning. It not only symbolizes the spirit of perseverance and upward striving but also embodies the team collaboration connotation of "vines supporting each other for mutual prosperity." Furthermore, the growth characteristics of the green vine represent the dual expectations of both individual capability improvement and the long-term development of the company.
The training plan closely addresses the threefold needs of the enterprise, the positions, and the individuals. With the goal of "enhancing core capabilities in workshop production management," six core modules have been established: workshop production management, goal execution, problem-solving, team management, personnel development, and communication and coordination.
The courses adopt diverse formats such as lectures, group discussions, games, and role-playing, delivered by internal senior trainers. Through monthly intensive study sessions, trainees comprehensively strengthen their management competencies. To ensure training quality, the "Qingteng Class" operates on a small-class points-based system, establishing a multi-dimensional assessment system that covers daily learning performance, theoretical examinations, and practical presentations. Outstanding trainees are selected to serve as learning benchmarks, driving overall training effectiveness.
After the opening ceremony, the first special lecture, "The Art of Communication," was held as scheduled. The course combined theoretical explanation with interactive practice, systematically deconstructing communication logic, listening skills, and expression methods, allowing trainees to unlock the secrets of effective communication through immersive learning. Participants actively engaged and interacted frequently, not only absorbing key knowledge points but also identifying their own communication shortcomings through reflection. The learning atmosphere and collaborative spirit both heightened.
After the course, trainees reported gaining substantial benefits, generally agreeing that the course effectively addressed issues such as missing key points and unclear logic in communication, providing methodological support for work reporting and interpersonal interactions. The "Art of Communication" course not only built a knowledge framework for communication but also enhanced practical skills.
